Job summary

You will perform initial and ongoing assessments and provide skilled therapeutic interventions across outpatient, inpatient, pediatrics and off-site settings, following the plan of care. The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and staff, documentation in the EMR, maintaining productive practice, supervising PT assistants, and adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification.
• 2 years of experience in a similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops goals-based treatment plans.
• Delivers direct therapy daily following the plan of care.
• Maintains accurate records in the EMR with progress notes.
• Supervises PT assistants' interventions when applicable.
• Adheres to all safety, infection control and department policies.
