Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for St. Francis Downtown. The role involves initial and ongoing assessments, developing and executing therapeutic interventions, and coordinating care across inpatient, outpatient, pediatrics, and off-site locations.

The candidate should hold a current PT license, with BLS and a preference for 2+ years of experience. Required documentation and EMR-based progress notes are part of daily responsibilities in a dynamic clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice or eligible for traineeship/temporary license.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification required within specified timelines.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans with clear goals.
• Provide direct therapy daily per plan of care and standards.
• Maintain accurate records in EMR and coordinate services.
• Maintain productivity without compromising quality of care.
• Comply with safety, infection control and timekeeping policies.
• Supervise therapist assistants when applicable.
