Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for the St. Francis Downtown site. You will complete initial and ongoing assessments, provide skilled interventions, and address pediatric, inpatient, outpatient and off-site cases as part of the care continuum.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, delivering daily therapy, maintaining accurate EMR documentation, and supervising PT assistants while upholding departmental safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates Age-specific standards, policies and procedures for pediatric to geriatric patients.
• Proficient in data entry, word processing, emails and records management.
• Analytical abilities to evaluate patient condition and progress.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families and staff.
• Demonstrates critical thinking in care planning and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops treatment goals and plans.
• Provides direct therapy daily per individualized plan of care.
• Maintains concise treatment records and progress in EMR with timely co-signature when applicable.
• Maintains productivity while ensuring quality care.
• Adheres to safety, infection control and compliance requirements.
• Supervises physical therapist assistants and supports professional growth.
