• Experience in service design, product design, visualization and design psychology.
• Effective storytelling and communication abilities.
• Strong collaborative, creative, logical and resourceful mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of patient-centered service programs.
• Conduct audits of client and competitive products and services.
• Develop briefs outlining user needs, expectations and accessibility considerations.
• Facilitate user research, brainstorming and ideation sessions.
• Create service blueprints, experience maps and value propositions.
