Job summary

• Implements system-wide patient experience strategies and improvements across the continuum of care.
• Teaches and trains leaders in continuous improvement methods and best practices.
• Develops and delivers trainings; mentors junior team members.
• Interprets patient experience data to identify strengths and opportunities.
