Stanford Health Care is seeking an Assistant Patient Care Manager to support clinical management and administrative coordination within a designated unit. The role provides mentorship to staff, ensures quality patient care, and acts as a liaison to the Patient Care Manager to drive unit goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited college.
• Two years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
• Ability to lead, coach, and evaluate staff and manage unit operations.
• Knowledge of nursing standards, policies and healthcare regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor unit staff and supervise patient care during assigned shift.
• Assist in administrative/management functions and act in the absence of the Patient Care Manager.
• Coordinate and direct unit patient care operations for the assigned shift.
• Facilitate orientation, training and ongoing staff development; coach and evaluate personnel.
• Serve as liaison to the Patient Care Manager.
• Support continuous quality, process, and risk management programs at unit level.
