Job summary

Responsibilities

• Advises patient of diet changes in conjunction with nursing/nutrition.
• Assists patient and guest with menu selection and delivers meals to patient rooms.
• Transports patients on a stretcher or wheelchair when needed.
• Daily delivery of newspapers and magazines and replenishing nourishment per diet.
• Damps/sanitizes surfaces and maintains patient charts under supervision.
• Stocks deliveries to floors and escorts ambulatory patients as required.
