Memorial Home Services in Decatur, IL is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to support patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will assist with activities of daily living, report observations, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment in line with hospital policies.

Required credentials include an active CNA or CMA/NCMA certification (or enrollment in nursing school with one semester of clinicals).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA or CMA/ABR-OE/RMA/CCMA/NCMA certification required or in progress.
• Enrollment in nursing school with one semester of clinicals accepted.
• Minimum of two years of relevant CNA experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care and comfort under RN supervision.
• Report observations and changes in patient condition promptly.
• Contribute to unit efficiency and adherence to policies and guidelines.
• Complete required annual credentialing and in-services.
