Job summary

Memorial Home Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate comprehensive care for acutely ill patients from adolescent to adult in Jacksonville, IL. You will supervise nursing staff and apply the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care in line with policies and guidelines.

Required licensure in Illinois with CPR, ACLS or onboarding; Diploma/Associates in Nursing with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensed in the State of Illinois.
• CPR certification or onboarding training.
• ACLS certification or completed within 6 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive care for acutely ill patients.
• Supervise nursing staff caring for groups of patients.
• Utilize nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Adhere to established standards, policies, procedures and guidelines.

Full time$30.23 - $48.37***Sign-on Bonus of up to $20,000*** Working as a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive care of acutely ill patient. Provides care from adolescent to adult through the proper utilization of the nursing process; assessment, formulation of nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of plan of care in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines. Responsible for supervising nursing staff to care for groups of patients.
