Memorial Home Services in Jacksonville, IL is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate the care of acutely ill patients from adolescence to adulthood. You will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care according to standards and policies.

• Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Licensed in Illinois; CPR or ACLS certification required or obtained within onboarding.

Full time$30.23 - $48.37***Sign-on Bonus of up to $20,000*** Working as a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive care of acutely ill patient. Provides care from adolescent to adult through the proper utilization of the nursing process; assessment, formulation of nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of plan of care in accordance with established standards, policies, procedures, protocols and guidelines. Responsible for supervising nursing staff to care for groups of patients.
