Qualifications

• Provide patient care within nursing assistant scope.
• Document patient observations and report changes.
• Assist with daily living activities and safety watch.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care per multidisciplinary care plan.
• Observe and document patient needs; notify licensed staff.
• Collect and transport specimens per policy.
• Perform point-of-care testing and maintain QC.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and orders.
• Coordinate tests and transport patients between departments.
