Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

Responsibilities

• Primary facilitator of ADLs: hygiene, mobility, meals.
• Collecting vital signs and daily weights; turning and repositioning patients.
• Perform point of care testing and equipment checks; 1:1 patient safety watches.
