Qualifications

• Experience delivering patient care tasks under RN supervision.
• Ability to collect vitals and monitor patient status.

Responsibilities

• Being the primary facilitator of ADLs: hygiene, toileting, mobility, meals
• Collecting vital signs & daily weights
• Conducting Point of Care testing
• Turning & repositioning patients
• Performing equipment checks & exchanges
• Dressing care
• Removal of Foley Catheter and Peripheral IV
• Nasogastric tube removal and performing nasal swabs
• Checking code carts and oxygen storage cabinets
