Team members care for an average of 7–10 patients per day and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including RN Externs. This supportive unit is staffed with approximately 6 RNs and 4 PCTs per shift, and PCTs have the opportunity to rotate into HUC responsibilities, gaining valuable experience in both direct patient care and unit coordination. **** This position is a **full-time Day shift** working **3-12 hour shifts** from **6:00 AM–6:30 PM.** **** We offer self-scheduling for shift and weekend coverage.
