Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred.
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care to patients and assist with ADLs.
• Assist Registered Nurses with patient care tasks and unit duties.
• Assist with equipment and supply maintenance and perform related clerical tasks.
