Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under licensed nurse supervision.
• Perform vital signs, hygiene support, mobility assistance, and ADLs.
• Document accurately and report unusual findings to the nurse.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
• Assist with specimens and orientation of new staff.
