Job summary

Under supervision, the role includes basic receptionist duties, supply management, and accurate documentation. A High School Diploma and BLS certification are required, with healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 6 months of healthcare experience or active enrollment in nursing program.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (American Heart Association) required on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care tasks under supervision to support nursing staff.
• Record and communicate patient vital signs and observations.
• Handle reception and clerical duties to facilitate unit efficiency.
• Maintain supplies and equipment; assist with patient mobility and hygiene.
• Document data accurately and communicate with the nurse and care team.
• Assist with transfers, discharges, and bed assignments as needed.
