Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with basic patient care and maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Record vital signs, intake/output, and report to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Help patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Support with meals, bathing, grooming, and personal care.
• Ensure infection control and PPE protocols are followed.
• Assist with positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
• Communicate patient information clearly to the care team.
