Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in acute care or are currently enrolled in a Nursing program, with BCLS and CPCT/CNA preferences.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe care environment.
• Collects and records patient data (vital signs, height, weight, SpO2, intake/output, calories) and reports to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Supports patients with meals, bathing, grooming, and basic care.
• Assists with positioning, ambulation, and mobility aids such as walkers and wheelchairs.
• Performs finger-stick blood glucose monitoring and documents results.
• Maintains infection control and safety protocols, including PPE usage.
• Communicates patient information to the care team and adapts to changes.
• Participates in performance improvement initiatives and risk management.
