Grandview Medical Center is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to deliver patient-centered care under the supervision of an RN or LPN. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, maintaining a safe care environment, and coordinating with the health care team.

The PCT will assist with data collection, meals, mobility, and infection control while adhering to safety protocols. CNA/CPCT preferred; BCLS required within 90 days.

Competenze

• 0–2 years in acute care setting or nursing program preferred.
• BCLS within 90 days of hire required.
• CPCT or CNA certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist nursing staff with basic patient care and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Collect and record patient data including vitals and intake/output.
• Support meals, personal care, and activities of daily living.
• Assist with mobility using walkers, canes, or wheelchairs.
• Monitor glucose or other basic measurements as directed by RN/LPN.
• Communicate patient information effectively to the care team.
