Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in delivering care and maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Collect and record patient data (vital signs, intake/output) and report findings to RN/LPN.
• Support patients with meals, bathing, grooming, and activities of daily living.
• Assist with patient mobility and using walkers, canes, or wheelchairs.
• Maintain infection control and PPE; participate in performance improvement initiatives.
