Responsibilities

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a safe, organized environment.
• Collects and records patient data (vital signs, intake/output, weight, etc.) and reports findings to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assists with meals, personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
• Uses mobility aids and supports safe patient positioning and ambulation.
• Performs glucose monitoring and specimen collection per protocol.
• Maintains effective communication with care team and adheres to infection control and PPE protocols.
• Participates in performance improvement and risk management activities.
• Maintains regular attendance and complies with policies.
