Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred.
• BCLS required within 90 days of hire.
• CNA or CPCT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with basic patient care and maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Collect and record vital signs and report findings to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Assist patients with meals, bathing, oral care, grooming, linen changes, and mobility.
• Collect urine/stool samples and perform glucose monitoring per protocol.
• Communicate patient information to the care team and adhere to PPE and infection control procedures.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and compliance with safety goals.
