Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; additional CNA/MA/PCT training preferred.
• Completion of PCT, CNA or MA program or equivalent medical background.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to patient needs, and work well in a team.

Responsabilités

• Providing patient care based on age-appropriate criteria and safety.
• Ensuring safe patient outcomes through practice, judgment and actions.
• Ongoing communication with patients and healthcare team regarding status and care.
• Participating in interdisciplinary collaboration of the plan of care from admission to discharge.
• Participating in Unit/Department PI activities.
