Job summary

The Little Clinic is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support daily operations, maximize patient flow, and deliver an outstanding patient experience. You will perform administrative tasks, document in the EHR, and uphold our values of respect, integrity, and safety.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, registering, handling payments, maintaining a clean clinic, and supporting clinicians with basic tasks in accordance with policy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong administrative, communication, and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, quality-based, survey-ready healthcare environment.
• Greet customers/patients in front area or near clinic.
• Clean and organize the clinic space daily and disinfect equipment.
• Assist with patient registration and scheduling workflow.
• Manage waiting room flow using appointment tools and queues.
• Verify identity and collect payments; log in the EHR.
• Assist provider with specimens and testing per protocol where allowed.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
