Responsibilities

• Provide safe, direct care to patients with age-appropriate adjustments.
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to health care team.
• Assist with hygiene, feeding, hydration, and mobility as needed.
• Adhere to nursing/medical plans of care and hospital policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean, stocked environment and report safety concerns.
