Qualifications

• CPR certification from American Heart Association.
• Act 34, 33, and 73 Criminal Background Clearance Certificates.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Participates in quality and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Documents vital signs and reports changes in patients' conditions.

Skills

Basic computer skills

Ability to perform basic mathematics

Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions
