Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with hygiene, vital signs, daily weight, and intake/output.
• Document all care provided and communicate with RN and other departments.
• Maintain clean, organized patient rooms and assist with meals and ambulation.
• Support nursing staff and participate in care planning with the RN.
