Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responds to patient call within 10 minutes.
• Assists nursing staff with patient care delivery and unit organization.
• Documents care provided, including vital signs and intake/output.
• Maintains clean and organized patient rooms and equipment.
• Assists with meals and ambulation, transfers, and hygiene.
• Manages equipment and ensures safety of patient-care areas.
• Communicates plan of care with RN and reports changes promptly.
