Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Documents EMR entries clearly, concisely and timely.
• Provides direct patient care including assisting with ambulation and comfort items.
• Obtains vitals, measures intake/output, and assists with personal care.
• Assists with admissions, discharges, and transfers as directed by RN.
• Monitors patient needs and communicates changes to the care team.
• Restocks supplies and maintains a clean, safe patient environment.
