Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, feeding, and mobility.
• Support nursing staff with tasks including vitals, specimen collection, and basic procedures.
• Operate and report equipment malfunctions; communicate with other departments.
• Document patient care activities in the medical record according to procedures.
• Provide patient and family instruction under RN supervision.
• Contribute to safety initiatives and HIPAA-compliant practices.
