• Strong communication and teamwork with healthcare staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care including assisting with procedures and activities of daily living.
• Performs core nursing assistant tasks and at least four advanced tasks.
• Ensures equipment malfunctions are reported and communicates across departments.
• Documents care in the medical record and supports unit activities.
• Educates patients and families under RN direction; applies restraints per protocol.
• Maintains professional relationships and safety standards.
