Job summary

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in an acute care setting or currently enrolled in a Nursing program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff with delegated basic patient care services.
• Record vital signs and other patient data, reporting to RN/LPN/LVΝ.
• Support patients with activities of daily living and mobility needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and proper infection control practices.
• Communicate patient information effectively to the care team.
