Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and deliver basic patient care (toileting, bathing, comfort, nourishment).
• Report changes in patient condition promptly to RN and seek assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with RN and care team to ensure optimal patient care.
• May perform telemetry duties and assist as health unit coordinator as required.
• Assist with unit logistics and supplies, including phones and charting as needed.
