Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including toileting, bathing, linen changes, and comfort measures with excellent patient service.
• Report and record patient care data timely; communicate changes in patient condition.
• Assist on telemetry as required and collaborate with RN and care team.
• Transport medications to RN and support unit operations as needed.
• Offer safety-focused care and participate in plan of care as delegated.
• May perform health unit coordination tasks (phones, orders transcription, unit records) as required.
