Job summary

Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, VA is hiring Patient Care Technicians (PCT) to work third shift. The role supports nursing staff by providing direct patient care, assisting with admissions and discharges, and ensuring patient safety under supervision.

Eligible candidates include high school graduates with CNA/NCMA/NCPCT or Navy Hospital Corps/EMR/EMS credentials, or current clinical students.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with a listed certification or ongoing clinical program.
• Must have one of: Sentara Care Partner Certification, CNA, NCMA, NCPCT, Navy Hospital Corps/EMR/EMS/EMT/AEMT/Paramedic.
• Current student enrolled in a clinical program or recent nursing assistant/PCT experience within 3 years.
