McLaren Health Care is seeking a patient care associate for the Behavioral Health Unit in Michigan. Under the supervision of a nurse, you will perform day-to-day patient care activities and help maintain a healing environment, with attention to developmental, age-specific, and cultural needs.
Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, feeding, hygiene, mobility, and ensuring HIPAA and infection-control compliance.

Position Summary:
Under the direct supervision of a Nurse, contributes to the delivery of patient-centered care through: Performance of selected day-to-day patient care activities. Maintenance of an environment that is functionally and aesthetically conducive to patient well-being. Demonstrates unit/area-designated competencies. Interacts with patients considering their developmental, age-specific, and cultural spiritual preferences.
