McLaren Health Care is seeking a Patient Care Associate for Emergency Services. The role supports nurses in delivering patient-centered care during night shifts, performing delegated patient care tasks, and maintaining a safe, respectful environment.
Under supervision, you will assist with daily activities, ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance, and help meet treatment goals while coordinating with families and other care team members in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Position Summary:
Under the direct supervision of a Nurse, contributes to the delivery of patient-centered care through: Performance of selected day-to-day patient care activities. Maintenance of an environment that is functionally and aesthetically conducive to patient well-being. Demonstrates unit/area-designated competencies. Interacts with patients considering their developmental, age-specific, and cultural spiritual preferences.
