McLaren Health Care in Michigan seeks a Night Shift Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support patient-centric care in the Intensive Care Unit. Under RN supervision, you will perform selected daily care activities, maintain a safe environment, and honor patient preferences and cultural considerations.
Required: High school diploma or equivalent; BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Preferred: prior direct patient care experience and CENA training. Schedule is full-time with on-call duties.

Position Summary:
Under the direct supervision of a Nurse, contributes to the delivery of patient-centered care through: Performance of selected day-to-day patient care activities. Maintenance of an environment that is functionally and aesthetically conducive to patient well-being. Demonstrates unit/area-designated competencies. Interacts with patients considering their developmental, age-specific, and cultural spiritual preferences.
