McLaren Health Care is seeking a Manager Patient Care Services for the Birth Center to oversee daily operation, ensure high-quality, compassionate patient care, and lead a team of nursing staff. This role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and collaboration with physicians and care teams.
You will plan conferences, monitor care quality, maintain regulatory readiness, and drive staff development while advancing patient and family satisfaction.
