• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provides and documents direct patient care and activities (ADLs, vital signs, I&O, transfers).
• Supports RN with care of acutely ill patients and stable patients.
• Participates in patient safety activities and maintains a clean, safe environment.
• Notes changes in patient condition and communicates them to nursing staff.
• Assists with admissions, discharges, and transfers on the inpatient unit.
