Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs basic nursing care activities as delegated by an RN, including monitoring vital signs and recording intake/output.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating).
• Reports abnormal findings to nursing staff and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
• Demonstrates flexibility and multi-tasking; can function under stressful conditions.
• Manages unit workflow with charge RN and assists with census/Admit-Discharge processes.
