Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification in Colorado is required.
• BLS certification required for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including hygiene, comfort, and assist with activities of daily living.
• Record and report patient data and condition changes promptly to the care team.
• Assist transport of medications and support telemetry as needed.
• Collaborate with RNs and the care team to ensure optimal patient care.
• May perform health unit coordinator duties such as answering phones and transcribing orders.
