Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Colorado
• BLS Certification for healthcare providers
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and deliver basic patient care (toileting, bathing, mobility, hygiene, comfort) and respond to patient/family requests.
• Report and record patient care findings promptly; monitor patient condition and seek assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with RN and health care team; may perform Health Unit Coordinator duties as assigned.
