Job summary

Ascension Kokomo is seeking a dedicated caregiver to provide compassionate personal care to patients during night shifts in the Progressive Care department. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, and comfort while maintaining safety and patient dignity. This role requires strong observation and documentation to support timely care adjustments and seamless teamwork.

The position is full-time and located at Ascension St. Vincent Kokomo in Kokomo, IN.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):




• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.




• Preferred Credential(s):




• Nurse Aide.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. *Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
