Job summary

Endeavor Health is hiring a Patient Care Technician - Ortho/Spine for the Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. The role is full‑time, 36 hours per week, with Day Shift from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm and rotating holidays/weekends.

The technician supports RN‑led patient care to ensure comfort, safety and quality outcomes. Required qualifications include CPR certification and completion of an approved nursing assistant program or equivalent experience, plus strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Completion of accredited nursing assistant training or minimum six months of patient care experience or completion of one nursing clinical rotation.
• Completion of care Companion Course within six months of hire when required by department.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including teamwork, prioritization, and ability to receive and follow directions.
