Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a Patient Care Technician - Ortho/Spine to join our 36 hour per week, full-time team. This role supports clinical staff with direct patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

You will perform patient care tasks under the direction of a Registered Nurse, ensuring comfort and safety, documenting care, and assisting with procedures. Required CPR certification and CNA training plus relevant experience or clinical rotation are requested, with

Qualifications

• CPR certification required by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Completion of an accredited nursing assistant training course or minimum six months of patient care experience or completion of one nursing clinical rotation.
• Completion of care companion course within six months of hire when required by the department.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including teamwork, prioritization and following directions.

Responsibilities
