Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician for the Ortho/Spine unit at Edward Hospital in Naperville, IL. This full-time role offers a 36-hour work week with a day shift from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm, including rotating holidays and weekends.

The role emphasizes teamwork, patient safety, and professional growth within a large, Magnet-designated health system. The position requires CPR certification, CNA training or equivalent experience, and completion of the Care Companion Course if

Qualifications

• CPR certification required by either American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Successful completion of an accredited nursing assistant training course or minimum six months of patient care experience or equivalent or completion of one nursing clinical rotation.
• Care Companion Course must be completed within six months of hire if required by department.
• Strong interpersonal skills including teamwork, prioritization, and ability to follow directions.
