Job summary

The Little Clinic is seeking a Patient Care Technician to maximize patient flow and deliver an outstanding patient experience. Under the day-to-day direction of the on-duty nurse practitioner/physician assistant, you will perform administrative tasks, document in EHR, and support clinic operations in Kansas.

You will greet patients, manage registrations, collect payments and insurance information, and assist with exam room prep and vital signs as competencies allow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organization are essential.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and patient data entry.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preserving a safe, efficient clinic flow and high-quality patient experience.
• Greet patients and manage front-desk operations and registration.
• Handle administrative tasks, including EHR documentation and payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinic spaces and exam rooms.
• Assist with scheduling, patient flow, and basic patient data collection.
• Ensure HIPAA guidelines are followed in front-desk interactions.
