The Little Clinic is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support daily clinic operations in Bowling Green, OH. You will assist with registrations, front-desk duties, and patient flow under professional supervision.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean clinic environment, using EHR documentation, and providing excellent customer service while following HIPAA guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent administrative, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining a safe, quality-based, survey-ready healthcare environment.
• Greet customers or patients in the front area.
• Clean and organize the clinic space daily and disinfect equipment.
• Process registrations and patient flow using scheduling tools.
• Verify patient identity and collect insurance information and payments.
• Enter data into the EHR and manage waiting room flow.
• Answer phones and assist with patient calls and callbacks.
• Prepare orders, packages, and lab specimens for shipping.
• Travel to designated clinics if a float is needed.
